Join us for Mindful Mornings, morning meditation sessions led by Marlon Barrios Solano at the tranquil Lake Studios Berlin. Held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am and Saturdays from 11am (except first Saturday of each month), these sessions are deeply rooted in the early Buddhist tradition of Insight Meditation, focusing on Sati, or mindfulness. Each one-hour session begins with a grounding practice, followed by an exploration of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. We delve into the realms of body, feelings, mind, and the phenomena that shape our experience. The sessions are designed to cultivate awareness, tranquility, and profound insight into the nature of our existence. Our gatherings conclude with a sharing circle, fostering a space for participants to express their experiences, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of the practice. These discussions are framed within a theoretical context, offering a comprehensive approach to the practice of mindfulness. These sessions are offered on a Dana basis. Dana, a Pali word for generosity, refers to the act of giving. In Buddhist tradition, teachings are given freely because they are considered priceless. In return, attendees are invited to contribute what they can, as an expression of gratitude and abundance. This practice cultivates a culture of generosity and mutual support, fostering a sense of community. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation, these sessions offer a welcoming space to cultivate mindfulness and deepen your understanding of yourself and the world around you. Together, let’s embark on this journey of self-discovery, inner peace, and shared generosity. Join us in this practice of mindfulness, where every breath we take, every moment we experience, is a step towards greater understanding and harmony.

Sessions will be led in English.

Studio doors will be open at 8:20 am.
