Sophie Holmes is a performance, dance and interdisciplinary artist from Upstate New York, who
has been traveling the US, and now Germany, engaging with artistic process and communities.
She holds a BFA in Performance from Naropa University, the only accredited Buddhist-inspired
University in North America. Her work fragment premiered at Cloud City in Brooklyn, NY
October 2021 in conjunction with the LEIMAY Ensemble‘s Incubator Program and then toured
Whidbey Island, Portland and the Bay Area in 2022. She currently works and creates art from
the Boulder/Denver, CO area, dancing and practicing within the community.
