I was born and raised in a small city south east of Iran. Moved to the capital in 23, and
after going to many different direction including studying Architecture, doing
photography, having a start-up, being employee and many many more, I finally
discovered my passion in Contemporary Dance when I was 28. My journey in dance
started with attending random underground contemporary dance workshops in Iran,
continued by another random workshops out of Iran, and eventually landed on my own
flat in Tehran by my self-body-research. Most of my pieces have been initiated,
developed and captured in my own private place, and due to the risk of publishing them,
most of them have been remained as practice and never got the chance to be presented
publicly.
