TYTY – Clarissa Rêgo with Thilo Seevers
In the Guarani language, ‚TYTY‘ means ‚pulsing together‘ and refers to the beating of the heart, the vibration of emotions, life and its movements. Combining delicately crafted images and sound in real-time composition, the performers unravel a cell of this new performance, sparking the viewer’s imagination and affections.
The Birth of Pleasure – Gali Kinkulkin & Nadi Yoel
A journey for two who explore social constructs of gender, sexuality, and pleasure in relation to taboos as a woman and a gay man. With pop songs, gummy candies, and lypsinck numbers, they strive to express their authentic voice.
10 Years in 10 Minutes – Mark Coniglio
How does time pass? What do we remember when it does? What have we forgotten that we desperately wish we could remember? 10 Years in 10 Minutes is a spoken-word improvisation that considers what has happened in the last 10 years in my life, in your life, and the streams of life created during the last 10 years by the artists at Lake Studios.
Canonical (Soft Space 01) – Marlon Barrios Solano
In SoftSpaces, I perform a classic video processing algorithm that uses the webcam input as a source and the browser as a performance space. The space of the frame is choreographed and remapped in collaboration with the performer. I play with the cognitive continuity of motion, software, interface design and embodiment.
