Angela Fegers (1990) is a U.S.-American director, producer, and dancer from C. Florida, based between Berlin & Thessaloniki. She holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Florida/New World School of the Arts & an Associate Degree in Media & Communications from Miami Dade College. After training in Florida, she moved to NYC, danced with Lindy Fines and briefly Erik Montes, interned at the Graham School, performed in Cunningham workshops, and taught coding. In 2016, she moved to Europe for a more sustainable freelance career, performing, choreographing, and producing independently. In 2021, she co-founded Apricot Productions, a platform & community supporting 150+ artists. Its branch, Rooted, curates festivals & workshops collaborating with LAFT, Tanzbüro, and NYU. Her immersive works—The Hotel Who?, A Love Story, and La Séance—premiered in LA in 2022. She lectures at NYU Tisch and mentors U.S. artists entering the EU. Angela has worked with LAKE Studios since 2017, supporting marketing management for Submerge Festival (’17 & ’25) and joined their core team in 2025.
