IN, OUT, OUT
LAB: 21 – 22 AUGUST | 10-16H
This workshop explores breath as a driving force for movement, rhythm, and connection. Inspired by the Moroccan Aïta tradition, participants will experiment with breath patterns to generate movement, synchronize with others, and create a shared physical language. Through guided exercises, we’ll explore the tension between individuality and collective action, using breath to navigate moments of stillness, instability, and release. The process invites participants to discover breath as a subtle yet powerful tool for expression and connection.
Kms OF RESISTANCE
PERFORMANCE: 23 AUGUST | 21H (DOUBLE BILL with Isu Kim Lee & Analu)
Kms OF RESISTANCE explores the breath as a trigger for movement, rhythm and interdependence. Inspired by the Moroccan tradition of Aïta, where the breath serves as both a musical and physical guide, this piece explores the body’s instinctive responses to changes in breathing rhythm, creating a dynamic interplay between what happens internally and what is seen externally.
