Through gongs, tuning forks, rattles, and other resonant instruments, Instruments of Care creates a gentle soundscape that supports the body in slowing down and releasing tension.
Ultra Instincts offers Reiki during the session, while Max Benjamin guides participants into a meditative state where rest can arise more naturally.
