CELEBRATING FEMALE* LINEAGE 2025

Mar 9th 2025 , 10:30 17:30

Workshop on Sunday, 09. March 2025, 10:30 – 17:30, arrive from 10:00 onwards

Inquiries & registration:

Patriarchal structures shape our lives every day and I invite women* and girls* of all variations (cis, trans, queer, x, … ) to gather in the collective setting of this workshop. We give time and space to strengthen female* pathways through life across generations and nurture our personal and collective strength and resilience. We re-thread and celebrate our lineages, reaching from those who came before us, to all of us who are present, to those who will come after us.

We will spend time in the studio (with the possibility to work outside), moving, writing/drawing, making, talking. We tune into our bodies, expand into movement, connecting in and breathing out. Drawing on the offerings of our everyday lives we connect and share experiences, moving and unfolding alongside each other.

In the days leading up to the workshop, I invite you to gather a few photos, objects, materials and offerings that support you in connecting with your personal female* lineage, be it from your family or from your lineage of friends, mentors, allies. For the workshop make a selection and bring some of these items with you.

Who shaped and supported you in becoming who you are? Especially for all those who came last year already, I recommend setting a focus: a person, a lineage, an aspect, a question, a particular connection …

Come as you are, young, middle-aged, older, old – from age 10 onwards. Last time we were from “not yet born” to “80 years” – and it was magical! Bringing a younger child along might be possible, but needs a conversation with me before you book. Please come together with a trusted ally in the room when you are under 14.

Sliding scale 90€ – 150€ (daughters* up to round about the age of 18 pay 15€ – 35€).

If you want to participate but the fee is an issue for you, please get in touch, no explanation needed. Depending on the sector we are working (or not working) in, our access to resources are dramatically varied. Your slot is booked once you have paid. If you have to cancel your participation I will return 50% of the fee until 14 days prior to the workshop.

The workshop is held in German and English as needed (spoken language). The studio is wheelchair accessible. It is always possible to take breaks and choose personal pathways throughout the day. Any inquiries on accessibility/variations of participation: please get in touch.

After the workshop we can use the sauna in the Lake Studios garden (extra cost, paid directly to Lake Studios on site).
