Dally Schwarz & Marcos Aganju – TTT – terrror treme terra
TERRROR TREME TERRA is an artistic project that investigates the profound upheavals – physical, symbolic, and spiritual – of a world in collapse and constant transformation. It proposes the creation of collaborative spaces among artists, in dialogue with local communities, to listen to the structural movements of the earth, confront ecological disasters, human crises, and technological ruins. Despite the disastrous scenario, the project affirms an ethics of the life force, confirming death as part of a continuous cycle of recreation. Rooted in environmentalist and decolonial thought, it echoes voices such as Ailton Krenak, Davi Kopenawa, Nego Bispo, and Julieta Paredes, advocating for a sensitive balance between nature and technology, humanity and non-humanity.The choreographic creation, led by Dally Schwarz, starts from the image of the circle, an ancestral and universal symbol – to generate movements that originate in the body and expand into the collective space. Inspired by ground fighting and body practices from various cultures (jiu-jitsu, huka huka, wrestling), the research emphasizes contact, falling, resistance, and primal energy.
Under the investigation of Marcos Aganju, the sound axis explores the relationship between the natural environment and technological space. Non-human sounds and sharp signals (such as metallic whistles) are incorporated as devices of presence, alert, and communication.
TERRROR TREME TERRA is a collective gesture of creation that listens to the earth, traverses the body, and summons the community to a living circle where art becomes ritual, struggle, and reinvention.
