We are E:xe – a non-binary artists collective of body and code. We continue Ada Lovelace’s dream of calculating patterns of luck and flight in a choreographic research between dance and algorithm. Our experiment does not treat AI as a tool but as an equal body – breathing with us, responding, setting impulses. For us, dance is at once the act of stumbling, halting, and hovering – a weave in which the nonlinear turns into rhythm, resonance, and form. Glitches appear not as errors but as thresholds where perception shifts and new threads of movement are spun. A shoulder’s twitch answers a glitching voice, a delay of speech bends direction – weaving a practice of resonance and non-synchrony.
