Programm
Noa Hulday, Talitha Maslin & Matthew Jones, Barbie Diewald & Meredith Bove, Katharina Schmelting / Cutterfly
Eintritt Frei. Bitte Anmelden:
In to the Deep
by Talitha Maslin and Matthew Jones
Performance: Talitha Maslin
Music: Matthew JonesA work in progress showing of the project In to the Deep; a multidisciplinary performance research project by Perth-based theorbo player and composer Matthew Jones and choreographer Talitha Maslin. The work inhabits the threshold between sound and movement, investigating the aural and kinesthetic dialogue between contemporary dance, theorbo & viola da gamba, interactive electronics, and paper as both material and collaborator.

Ongoing Duet
by Barbie Diewald and Meredith Bove
Performance: Barbie Diewald and Meredith Bove
We are interested in an ongoing practice of attention that creates permeable edges between creative practice and everyday life, familial remembrances and collectively imagined futures, human and more-than-human. In unsettled times, we return to embodied, vocal, and relational practices to attune to steady presences—tethers that help us open to change and the unknown.

Moving
by Noa Hulday
Performance: Noa Hulday, Ofir Shabtay Levin, Niv Arbel with musician Omer Gottesfeld
Music: אפרת גוש- בוא אליי
External eye and Dramaturgy: Sharon Zuckerman Weiser
Special thanks: Maya Schwartz, Amit Zaretsky
Maybe I just wish to step out of the wave
and I am allowed to
Maybe I fear the coming wave or I want it
or I think I can master the tides
Maybe the calm is scary
because it is just the in-between
Maybe I am ready to be
ocean
In my work I am inspired by the movement of water, by moving between homes and countries, and by the history of my own moving body.

The Liberation of the Phantom: a poetic Shadow- Mask- Music- Theatre
by Katharina Schmelting aka Cutterfly
Performance and Music: Cutterfly
Poetry excerpts from Hilarion Petzold: “Theatre – the Game of Life”
The performance operates between psychology and art and explores the themes of consciousness, identity and self-growth. The ‘phantom’ is a metaphor for the hidden self: suppressed parts, unlived potential, energies that work without being visible. What within you wants to be liberated?
