*Mindful Retreats wird auf Englisch geleitet

*Held the 1st SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH from 10:00-16:00

Join us for mindful day-long retreats — held the first Saturday of each month — led by Marlon Barrios Solano. Rooted in the early Buddhist tradition of Insight Meditation, these retreats offer a deep exploration of Sati, or mindfulness.

These retreats offer a space to disconnect from your daily routine and connect with your inner self and the natural world around you. It is an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, tranquility, and profound insight into the nature of our experience.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation, these monthly retreats provide a welcoming space to deepen your understanding of yourself and the world around you.

Together, let’s embark on this journey of self-discovery, inner peace, and shared generosity. Join us in this practice of mindfulness, where every breath we take, every moment we experience, is a step towards greater understanding and harmony.

PRICE: Suggested donation of 40€ in cash or here

Each day-long retreat is offered on a Dana basis, reflecting the Buddhist tradition of giving freely. Attendees are invited to contribute what they can, as an expression of gratitude and abundance. This practice cultivates a culture of generosity and mutual support, fostering a sense of community.

Sessions will be conducted in English. Please remember to bring your lunch and dress comfortably for the day. We look forward to sharing a day of mindfulness with you at Lake Studios Berlin.

Please RSVP
